Pracaniz makes a short list of home decor pieces. We keep the range small on purpose: fewer pieces, made properly, and priced so you can afford to give them away.
If an order arrives damaged, turns up with a part missing, or is simply not what you expected, tell us. Send the Amazon order number and what happened — we will look into it and reply, usually within one or two business days.

A lot of home decor is made to be looked at once and thrown away. We would rather make something you keep in a pocket, put on a shelf, or hand to someone on a bad day — and make it well enough that it survives being kept.
